She holds a Masters in Education & Social Policy from NYU, Masters in Applied Mathematics, and a Bachelors in Mathematics from the City University of New York, Hunter College. Bolanle is passionate about service and is the founder of several impact organizations:īefore her current position at Mancini, she served five years as a Senior Project Accountant at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and five years as Project Accountant at HLW. She is a dynamic leader within the AEC industry who has been a guest panelist for the American Institute of Architects' Women's Leadership Summit, National Organization of Minority Architects 47th Conference, and Mother Honestly Summit. Her clients include American Airlines, Soho House, Brooklyn Nets, Boqueria, Verizon, and NBC Sports Group. At her core, she thrives on building relationships between finance and management teams to ensure the overall financial success of projects and her firm. She has over 15 years of experience working in the AEC industry with a strong background in financial analysis and strategic initiatives. Based in Long Island, she is excited for the new growth in the workforce demand locally, and is passionate about representing as a woman in STEM.Bolanle Williams-Olley is the CFO and co-owner at Mancini Duffy, a national design firm with a 100+-year-old history and tech-forward approach based in New York City, where she oversees the firm's financial and operational performance. Jennifer is driven to be at the forefront of the offshore wind energy industry, as the first commercial wind farms are being completed within the Atlantic Ocean. She strongly believes that we must act as good stewards towards our planet, and that integrating renewable energy into our grid system is a crucial part of creating a sustainable future. Meet Jennifer Perugi (she/her), one of our 2023 Rudd Mayer Fellows! Jennifer is an undergraduate student at Farmingdale State College, pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Technology - Facility Management as well as a certificate program in Wind Turbine Technology. Emma is passionate about building bridges between science and policy and combining social and natural science frameworks to better understand how offshore wind energy systems can be effective and supportive of local communities. She previously worked as the National Coral Reef Management Fellow in Puerto Rico and the Principal Investigator for Frontier’s sea turtle conservation program in Costa Rica. She has a diverse interdisciplinary background she received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and French from Bates College and a Master's degree in Conservation and Biodiversity from the University of Exeter.
